Oishii
We stay in a serviced apartment in Amsterdam. This happens to be in the area where many many Japanese expats live. So around the corner is a Japanese supermarket (http://www.danksuper.nl/jp/), restaurant (http://www.kagetsu.nl/info.asp?id=kastelen), fish shop, hairdresser etc.
Last Thursday, I went to the supermarket to practise my Japanese and buy ingredients for one of Fedde's favourite meals: Misosoup, Gohan (rice), Nori (seaweed), and raw fish.
It was the first time in weeks for him to eat Japanese food: he had three servings!
